"When I discovered that the saddle I use on my Kentucky Mountain Horse was causing white hairs I was distressed and knew the problem had to be solved immediately. My husband and I are retired and spend our time traveling the country with our horses putting miles and miles on them exploring many adventurous trails. Cindy came over the same day I contacted her and confirmed that indeed my trusty saddle was not fitting my 10 year old horse the way it fit him at 3 years of age and took measurements and even went so far as to go home and bring back two of her own saddles for me to try, since one of her own horses was similarly built as mine. I could really visualize and feel the problem and get a clearer picture of what was needed. As I found different saddles to try Cindy was available to give me her valuable opinion which I relied on.
